VISITOR WAITED FOR 118 MINUTES TO EXPERIENCE COWAY NEW PRODUCT LINE AT SEOUL LIVING DESIGN 2023
About 150,000 people (according to the organizers) visited the 2023 Seoul Living Design Fair, which was held for five days from the 22nd to the 26th Feb. On the 22nd, the opening day, the number of visitors increased by 40% compared to the previous year.
It is believed that the fact that it was the first large-scale living fair held after the lifting of the mandatory indoor mask and that it was the largest ever with the participation of about 400 brands evoked a great response.
At the brand exhibition, the space where visitors can vividly experience various products drew attention from visitors. Coway, which introduced SleepTech, introduced massage chairs, smart mattresses, water purifiers, and air purifiers of the ‘Beerex’ line.
Coway drew attention by preparing a private experience space for visitors who are burdened with showing others what they are experiencing. Visitors had to wait on average over 100 minutes for the experience.
“At 2:30 pm on the 25th, 49 teams were on standby. It wasn’t until 4:28 p.m. that it was our turn to enter” – said a visitor.

An official from Coway said, “Average 5,000 people visited our booth a day.” “We wanted to showcase SleepTech through Beerex smart mattresses that allow users to set the mattress hardness according to their body shape even if they toss and turn while sleeping,” he said.
Mr. Lee (34), who visited the Coway booth, said, “Now I’m trying to set up a newlywed house. TI was trying to buy (products) online, but it was nice to be able to try them out before spending a lot of money.”
